What information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through the forms on this site. That can include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and any message or interest you share when you volunteer, request a yard sign, offer to host an event, sign up for the briefing, or contact the campaign. If you make a contribution, payment is handled by our third-party donation processor, and federal and state law may require us to collect and report certain donor details.
How we use your information
We use what you share to respond to you, organize volunteers, coordinate events and yard signs, send campaign updates and the briefing, and meet our legal reporting obligations. That is it.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it with the vendors and volunteers who help us run the campaign, and only as needed to do that work, or when the law requires it.
Donations
Online contributions are processed by a secure third-party provider. We do not store your full payment card details on this website. Contribution records are kept and reported as required by South Dakota campaign finance law.
Access and deletion
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you have shared at any time. Email zac@zac4sd.com and we will take care of it, except where the law requires us to keep certain records.
